We shall not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, without limitation, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions, power failures, internet or telecommunications outages, epidemics or pandemics, or any other event beyond our reasonable control. In such circumstances, our obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event, and we shall resume performance as soon as reasonably practicable once the event has ended.

SECTION 20 – GOVERNING LAW

Lebanon shall be considered the country of domicile for ISERM. These Terms of Service, and any separate agreements under which Services are provided, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon/Beirut. You and ISERM agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
